Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BeSure Diagnostics & Pathlab Pvt. Ltd., we value your time and trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings can be cancelled or refunded.
1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a nominal cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued once the sample has been collected.
2. Cancellation by BeSure Diagnostics

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, the full payment will be refunded to the customer.
3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

Any payment gateway or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may reschedule their appointment once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:

Missed appointments without prior notice

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

Dissatisfaction with report format or delivery time when within the communicated TAT (Turnaround Time)
