Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BeSure Diagnostics & Pathlab Pvt. Ltd., we value your time and trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings can be cancelled or refunded.


1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a nominal cancellation fee.

  • No refund will be issued once the sample has been collected.


2. Cancellation by BeSure Diagnostics

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, the full payment will be refunded to the customer.


3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Any payment gateway or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).


4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may reschedule their appointment once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Missed appointments without prior notice

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with report format or delivery time when within the communicated TAT (Turnaround Time)
